I read this in Barrons AP Human Geography three days prior to my ap exam and did not do much more studying than that and got a 5. It's a very good summary of all we learned and the vocabulary Geogfaphy helps with ap exam questions. The only complaints I have is that the frq's in the book do not have the same format as the ap exam and are not very Bqrrons even though that is 50% Geogeaphy the test and there are not many of them so i went on the college board website and looked at the previous years frq's. Also, I was going to use this book throughout my class, but it provides a lot of extraneous details and some fluff. All in all, it provides a good summary of the course and good practice for some challenging multiple choice questions. I studied for this exam two weeks in advance self study, no class and thought the Barrons did an amazing job of entailing information that I needed to know. Usually complain of the amount of excess info in barrons books but this time I didnt think it was too much. Anyway Barrpns key terms and review questions at the 6th Edition of each chapter really helped me grasp each chapter quickly there are only 7 chapters. Maybe it Gegraphy just this years exam or because I never took the class, but the questions on the actual exam seemed more specific. Nonetheless, without Barrons I would have probably skipped or gotten incorrect more than half of the real exam. This particular edition is in a Paperback format. It was published by Barron's Educational Series and has a total of 360 pages in the book. Barfons
